Who we are

The Front Row Big Band, formerly known as the Jonathan Wyatt Big Band (JWBB), is a dynamic big band jazz ensemble dedicated to preserving the tradition of big band swing music in Norwich, and the East of England. Led by Martin Eaton, the band’s charismatic frontman, they continue to captivate audiences with their outstanding musicianship and commitment to delivering unforgettable performances. They perform jazz, swing, boogie-woogie, blues, groove, funk, and much more, appealing to all music tastes. 

Front Row Big Band has one of the largest music libraries in the country, which allows us to play music covering the golden age of big bands such as Count Basie, Tommy Dorsey and Glenn Miller, right up to the more contemporary arrangers including Gordon Goodwin and Callum Au.
